Entrepreneur, designer and creative director , Najla’a graduated with a bachelors degree in product and furniture design in Australia, and later moved on to working as an in house industrial designer at a leading design consultancy in Jordan, where she designed and helped develop several award-winning projects. After kickstarting her career as a designer, Najla’a began experimenting with digital art, developing a style that reflects her interest in nature, food and art. Her love for 3D art lead her to co-found Designer Little. A design agency focusing on empowering children’s creativity through design. As the creative director, her kids-friendly design approach and artistic touch has gained Designer Little the attention of customers from all around the world. In addition to her work with Designer Little, Najla'a is also the founder of Koko & Bloo, a stationery boutique based in Doha, Qatar, that focuses on elegant stationery and homeware products.
