Kura Light

The name kura, originates from the Arabic word "Kora", meaning sphere and is also a reference to Earth, otherwise known as "Kora Ardye" in Arabic. Composed of two main parts, a globe-like shade and a bowl, kura is a modular lamp that users can adjust to suit their environment. The globe shade manually and smoothly rotates to adjust to the users atmosphere. The colour gradient finish on the glass globe, emulating the concept of day and night, gives users the option to control the level of light intensity depending on the time of day.
